The hotel is conveniently located near most areas in Venice, making it easy to explore the city. It is also very close to Piazza San Marco and just a short walk from a water bus stop. The room was beautifully decorated in true Venetian style and exceptionally clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The continental buffet breakfast offered a fresh and lovely selection with plenty of choice.
The lack of in-room tea and coffee facilities, which would have been convenient for guests.

The hotel is located in a very good and quiet area, right by the shopping area. It's close enough to all the main attractions, but far enough from the overwhelming crowds of tourists. Can't be better! The rooms, decorated in local Venetian style, were kept spotlessly clean with lovely white fluffy bath towels. They had all the basic amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. The hotel offers great value for money, with prices that are reasonable and affordable. You get a lot for what you pay for, and the attention to detail by the staff is evident.
The mediocre breakfast served by an unsmiling waitress, with no fresh coffee.

The hotel was centrally located, making it convenient to visit the main attractions in the city. It was close to the Rialto Bridge area, where there were plenty of good restaurants and shops. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Good staff, strong airco, excellent wifi. Yummy breakfast with fresh bread, croissants, and more. Awesome location near Rialto, yet peaceful. Perfect for exploring Venice. Would definitely rebook.

The location was very good, near popular attractions and with convenient access to transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection of food. The hotel was clean and well-maintained.
